Mallory McCoy

Mallory McCoy is a Missouri native who serves as a career vocal music educator and lifelong student. She obtained her Bachelor's in Music Education for K-12 Choral Music Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2008), her Masters of Arts in Education from Baker University (2011), and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in PreK-12 Educational Administration from Baker University. For 14 years, she taught elementary and middle school vocal music in North Kansas City Schools and was active in NKC-NEA, MNEA, and MMEA.

She currently serves as a substitute teacher for two school districts and two charter schools in the Kansas City Metro Area.

She lives in Kansas City North with her husband and son. When she's not taking care of her family, she's researching for her dissertation, singing for leisure, blogging, and running her mobile notary business.
